getting back in need some help

hey Im back!! I joined the army out of high school the oldtimers on here MIGHT remember me from 3-4 year ago... i joined that army spent two years in korea now Im back in the states and want to get back into rideing I need a new bike I was looking a a kink gap xl has any one had any experience with this setup? I would like to get a stock bike with a 21in tt cuz im 6'3" for under $500 any suggestions? on a different note anyone on here from Louisiana? this place is a shithole and I need a place to ride thanks

10 year old video

10 year old video, filmed i Brazil, when I was migrating from bmx racing to freestyle. Skate park was thorn down in 2004, and replaced by a big useless lawn area, where drug dealers took over. That's my 45 pound mongoose that i cracked and welded myself 8 times, before getting an even heavier Schwinn. In this dirt jump competition my budy Diogo Canina got 1st doing a nice backflip and I got 4th after bailing and cracking a thumb doing a barspin. Half pipe is still there with lots of potholes and cracks. The city built some ramps on the other side of the park, but drug addicts and homeless took over this area too. You can ride there today, but gotta be careful with robbers.
